This finale was absolutely brilliant. The viewer is constantly left wondering what on earth is going to happen next. I was nervous the whole time, I'm not a nail biter at all, ever, but this episode resulted in me biting my nails.
Rick is growing stronger and I'm wondering where the series is going to go in correlation to the comics. Is Negan on his way? Or are these thugs just some random group that we haven't come across yet? Tell you what though, they're doing my nut in. Somebody else that is doing my nut in is Father Gabriel. Just, what?! So annoying.
I'm loving the ongoing storyline from Season one regarding Rick and Morgan. I love his whole character and the ambiguity of him. The way he pops up in one season and doesn't in the next. It's simple but brilliant and I'm always so happy to see him.
All in all. A good episode and we can definitely see 'A New Beginning' on the horizon but how long will this last? We'll have to see.
I'm gutted that Season 5 is finally over. I can't believe we have to wait all the way until October to see Season 6. Well, we've done it before. We can do it again.
I write a small blog about my Zombie collection and memorabilia. I thought it would be fun to document and share my collection with fellow collectors, people with the same interests and people who are most likely bored. I write short, pretty broad reviews and have fun doing it. If you like my blog, you can follow it on Twitter, too. www.twitter.com/strollingunwell

The Waking Dead - Season 5, Episode 15
So it took me a while to catch up because I've been snowed under by loads of uni essays, work, uni and napping. However I managed to avoid any spoilers for ages now which I am so pleased about.
This episode was good, it's all getting tense right now with Rick and his behaviour. Especially at the end with Michonne, too.
The storyline with Sasha is interesting and I'm hoping it works out but we'll see. So instead of writing more on this post I'm going to watch the season finale!

The Walking Dead, Season 5 Rant *SPOILER AHEAD*
Firstly, I'm going to shout SPOILER ALERT on this one. I hate spoilers so I never usually write them but I must admit I'm getting a bit impatient with 'The Walking Dead' and I'll tell you why.
After mulling over the latest episode I'm getting a bit fed up with the producers. Don't get me wrong, it's one of my favourite television series of all time but, I feel they need to calm down a bit. In my opinion they are relying too much on the shock factor of a characters death to boost ratings. 'Lets just kill off another black guy because that hasn't been done before.' Tyreese, Bob and Noah have all been killed off now, what is with that? I was gutted when Tyreese died, yes, I cried. I didn't see the point in Bob dying and I feel killing off Noah was a huge mistake. His character had so much potential, literally so much.
I understand that in a zombie apocalypse unexpected things happen. But this is a television series. I wouldn't mind if things were going a bit slow but as long as they were building up a decent storyline. Killing off random, strong and brilliant characters is not going to make the viewer happy. I think they need to start re-thinking before they kill off too many original/decent characters.

The Walking Dead - Season 5, Episode 14
Firstly, apologies for the tardiness.
Secondly, we haven't seen Father Gabriel in a while, now all of a sudden he is here, what the hell is he up to?!
Thirdly, I'm loving Abraham at the minute, and Eugene is really proving himself.
Fourthly, I'm getting ridiculously sick of that selfish mug, Nicholas.
Where was Michonne? Don't really care for Carl... Was happy he wasn't on the screen to annoy me once again.
I'm so sad for Glenn, Tara and Noah.
What is Maggie going to do with that information?
Carol?!?!
The Rick storyline is kind of following the comics...
This episode made me angry! A lot of 'oh no!' and 'what is going on?!' moments. Although I think it has been the best episode thus far since the Mid-Season Finale.
I liked the Romero style of ripping guts from the stomach.
The way I'm writing this shows my thought process because I'm trying to comprehend what just happened, as in, so much happened and I can't get my thoughts down quick enough.
Basically - bring on next week.

The Walking Dead - Season 5, Episode 13
I thought this was actually a really good episode. I must admit I am now tempted to try one of Carol's Cookies - Apple sauce and chocolate, yum? They should actually make these as some type of merchandise, imagine that.
I'm finding it so weird at the moment the fact they're all... clean. I'm just so not used to it now, they all scrub up well don't they? I love this though, the whole 'family' atmosphere and the little gathering. If I end up in a zombie apocalypse I think that's where I'd like to end up. But, I can't understand how they stroll around care free. I would be so on edge at the wall being knocked over by walkers at any minute.
Anyway, there was one awfully sad moment that I couldn't watch, I wish they did that differently.
But in contrast it seems a romance is possibly brewing, I'm not going to say who between, though!
This was an enjoyable episode and I'm looking forward to next week!

The Walking Dead - Season 5, Episode 12
Pretty decent episode. We see the first shower scene in like, how long? I'm liking where it is at. If there was a zombie apocalypse that's where I would like to be. I'm liking the new Rick. Unsure about what Daryl is thinking. However I can't help but resort back to the comics and wince at the thought of Negan. Oh please don't show up, not for a while. Although I did see Andrew Lincoln say that he might be appearing soon :( it's going to get real, pretty soon.

The Walking Dead - Season 5, Episode 11
Brilliant episode. We got to see loads of zombies which I've missed and I'm loving the new character. Love him in the comics too. Rick is being a little bit annoying but I guess he's just over pre-cautious like we would all be. Can't wait for next weeks episode, things are looking up,

The Walking Dead - Season 5, Episode 10
This episode was a pretty good one. It started off quite sad and depressing after dealing with the previous deaths in other episodes. We see the team get a bit weak and in search for food and water and everyone is going a bit loopy and not acting themselves. I suppose a mix of grief, tiredness and starvation.
However, the end of the episode was unexpected and it's nice to see an element of the comics coming back to the show and the introduction of a lovely character. Well, lovely in the comics, let's hope they still are in the show.
Excited for next weeks episodes now. If the comics are anything to go by things should be looking up soon with lots happening.

The Walking Dead - Season 5, Episode 9
I don't have much to say, for once. Bit brutal for the first show back. Got to see some special guest stars, but other than that, I cried. What an upsetting episode. Really, really sad.

The Walking Dead - Season 5, Episode 8. Mid-Season Finale
We all knew something big was going to happen but wow. I was sort of expecting it but I did not expect it to hit me that hard and actually make me cry.
What a brilliant episode and I hope everyone watches the bit after the credits.
I can not believe it if I'm honest. And I can not believe we have been waiting since February to watch Season 5 and now we have to wait until February again to watch the next half.
This has been an amazing season so far and I'm really liking where they are going with this. I guess now these posts will start up again in February. I honestly can't wait.

The Walking Dead - Season 5, Episode 7
I found this episode just as slow as the last but, I'm glad it incorporated parts of everybody - excuse the pun - at least we know where everyone stands.
The zombies in this episode were disgustingly gross, they are so good at special effects, which really adds to making the show feel real.
We can definitely see a huge change in Rick, I hope he doesn't become a bad guy. I doubt it, though.

The Walking Dead - Season 5, Episode 6
This episode was very slow. It's based on when Carol and Daryl followed that car to go looking for Beth. They bump into a certain someone from two episodes ago, and that's pretty much it.
I like how we see the city and how desolate and destroyed it looks - amazing graphics, imagine actually being there.
It has been so bloody long since we have seen Rick and I won't deny - I'm worried, and so wanting to know what is going on with his lot. Did he follow Abraham? Or have they made another choice? Guess we will have to wait.

The Walking Dead - Season 5, Episode 5
What an episode.
So we are still stuck on the two cliff hangers left from the two previous weeks, but this episode was great.
It was quite slow compared to the previous four episodes, but we follow Abraham and his mob on their journey to DC. We also find out Abraham's life story and a little secret about Eugene (if you have read the comics, you can probably guess it).
After three cliff hangers, I'm hoping next week all three, or at least one of them is wrapped up.
Eager for next weeks now!!! Hoping we see a bit more of Rick... And Carol.

The Walking Dead - Season 5, Episode 4
The cliff hanger from episode 3 is still looming around in our head, but episode 4 was completely mind blowing. At least we know what is going on with Beth and where she is - don't worry, no spoiler, you know this from the beginning of the episode. It's all based on Beth and it's a really intense episode. My heart was actually racing, it has been a lot throughout series 5 - I think it's the most tense season yet.
The cliff hanger of this episode, though, is like none other. I couldn't believe what I saw, which makes me more nervous when it comes to next weeks episode. Hopefully all works out in episode 5 but knowing the producers anything could happen and I hope it doesn't turn for the worst.

The Walking Dead - Season 5, Episode 3
Was anybody expecting that?! It's getting so brutal lately, we can definitely see a change in Rick from Series 1, Episode 1, to now. He's a completely different man, and that gives Andrew Lincoln credit for his acting.
The end was left on a cliff hanger too, how are we supposed to wait a week to find out what the hell is going on?
This series is going so quick, so much has happened in only three episodes. It's madness! Can't wait for next week.

The Walking Dead - Season 5, Episode 2
I thought this episode was going to be a bit slow compared to the first one, considering how fast paced and action packed episode one was, but well, that was a lie. I appreciated the 'St Sarah's Church' bit, you gotta love seeing your name on television, especially in one of your favourite shows.
Loved the introduction of the new character, who we have all previously met in the comics. However the storyline is very, very similar to the comics so I wonder if we can predict what's going to happen? Or if they are going to completely throw us off?
Well, that's all I'm going to say because I hate spoliers. I think everyone does, don't they?

The Walking Dead - Season 5, Episode 1
Oh my god!!! How tense was that episode?! The first five minutes were just filled with blood and the whole episode just got gorier. I really do think they have heightened the effects and most definitely, the gore factor. Did anybody notice we see the guy that Rick and Carol met in the house and we all thought 'what on earth was that scene about?' I won't give spoilers but keep an eye out for it. It's really early in the episode, too.
It was more like Season 4's finale than the start of Season 5.
I still can't get over how much Eugene and Abraham look like their characters in the comics.
When watching it, wait until after the credits, there's a scene after them which you won't want to miss.

New Trailer For The Walking Dead Season 5!
We all received the Season 5 trailer of The Walking Dead which was released in San Diego Comic-Con recently. But AMC have decided to release another trailer which gives us a few more glimpses of Season 5! I tell you what I had goosebumps and chills watching it. Season 5 seems to be the most intense and brutal yet.
Many websites say that the video is not supported in this country (the UK). But I managed to find it on The Mirror's (newspaper) website.
It still has all of the original trailer, just some added seconds here and there, watch the updated trailer here: http://www.mirror.co.uk/tv/tv-news/walking-dead-series-5-watch-4183790
